Common questions
It depends on the scope and whether it's a new build or a renovation. We set a realistic schedule during the Blueprint, which itself takes 2–3 weeks.
There's no rate per square metre. The Blueprint gives you a budget snapshot built from a real bill of quantities before you commit, and its fee is credited in full if you proceed.
Yes. For a new home we work alongside your architect and contractor on everything inside. If your contractor is already appointed, our Interior Design route gives you drawings, specifications, a BOQ for tender and site supervision, so the home is built as designed.
Yes. Design & Build includes furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories and the finishing touches, through to handover.
Yes. We're based in Dammam and work across the Eastern Province and Riyadh, and on select projects elsewhere in Saudi Arabia.
