Project Brief
makan.design designed and built Almajdouie's 800 m² chairman floor in Dammam, the floor that serves the group's leadership, delivering the executive office interior design, FF&E and execution as one team.
The chairman's office, boardroom, meeting rooms, majlis, lounges and secretary areas share one palette of walnut, stone and warm concealed light, so the floor reads as a single place from the lift lobby onward. FF&E sat inside the design scope, so furniture, lighting and artwork were chosen together with those finishes.
