Our Process
Our design and build process: six stages, one team, zero ambiguity.
Our design and build process takes your project from concept to completion in six stages. You approve at clear gates. We handle everything between them, and the cost is engineered alongside the design, not discovered after it.
Why it works
In the conventional model, each phase waits for the last.
In a typical interior design process, design finishes, then bidding starts, then construction starts. Every handoff loses intent and adds months.
In our model, stages overlap. Our construction team inputs on buildability from the Concept stage. Procurement begins while design is being finalized. By the time full construction starts, there are no surprises.
One team is accountable from the first meeting to the last detail.
The six stages, from concept to completion.
Stage 01 of 06 · Research & brief
Discover
“Understand before you imagine.”
Deep immersion into your world: your business, brand, users, and ambitions. We listen more than we speak. The quality of everything that follows depends on the depth of this stage.
You receive
Research findings, spatial requirements, and an agreed brief.
What a gate means
Your role is to approve direction, not to manage details.
We present
Deliverables for the stage, with the reasoning behind each decision and the options you have.
You approve
Nothing moves forward without your sign-off. If a direction isn't right, we explore why and adjust.
We execute
Everything between gates is ours: vendors, coordination, sequencing, supervision.
